我都是固定下午五點多下班就馬上去跑步
所以四點多會先吃個橘子或香蕉加一小塊麵包
每次六點多跑回來都不餓,直到八點半才會餓
但覺得那麼晚了不想吃晚餐
不知道大家這情況的話都吃什麼呢?
最近都是繼續再多吃一兩塊麵包止餓
還是有沒有比較好的建議?
對了,NIKE+ APP如果沒有記錄到路線的話好像就沒有算進總里程,
破的紀錄也不會顯示上去,大家也是這樣嗎?
