昨天卯起來上了 EJ 的 combat 和 pump
加三十分鐘的滑步機後
再去補一堂 connie 的瑜珈做伸展
combat每堂都是超級爆滿的狀態
原本覺得周圍足夠的空間
會被慢慢再進來的會員給填滿 囧rz
29打了幾堂之後
開始覺得無聊 XD
(其實很討厭飛踢的哇啊啊啊啊....)
Pump大概有超過半年沒上
但是基本動作都差不多
主要注意手腕跟臂部位置別讓自己受傷
舉到後來肌肉痠得想罵髒話 XDD
但是那種痠痛感實在很過癮
覺得還有點力氣就再滑了半小時的滑步機看電視休息
剛好到七點十分有堂瑜珈可以上
Connie這堂號稱入門瑜珈
但是有的動作好像沒有那麼簡單 XD
把自己凹來凹去
拉開糾結的肌肉群
撫平紛亂的思緒
很是舒暢
週末夜
就在汗水淋漓的暢快中渡過
也是很棒呢 :)

好吧 我真的是自虐狂 XDDD
