我目前59公斤,想瘦到40~45公斤每天運動幾乎只有走路到學校有在運動偶爾體育課會走400公尺的操場2圈我現在早餐都是飯糰(不是御飯糰)午餐吃學校的,有飯、肉、青菜,青菜大都吃不多,因為學校的菜我不喜歡吃晚餐我媽有時買個便當或麵類,有時自己煮請問這樣我要怎麼瘦下來??每次看到別人
