逛網路看到的~~~和大家分享~~~
以下是網路上的簡述~~~
Ben的體重為三五八英鎊(162kg),為了減去多餘的重量。
他開始跑步和鍛煉。 2009年奔跑九八三英里(1582km),
以及2010年9月,更增加跑步哩程。在2010年9月中間他體重248英鎊(112kg)。
這意味著,在一年半共減去了約110磅(50kg),並完成馬拉松及鐵人三項比賽。

另~~~目前體重約120kg的我~~~累計了30幾場半馬~~~~~
雖然不像影片主角這麼"會跑"~~~不過現在也努力鍛鍊中~~~
