跑步速度 大約多少最佳? - 路跑 Road Running

我本身跑步的目的是想要增加體力
之前大學時期 大約是一星期跑一到兩次
3000m 大約15~17min左右
教我打球的人跟我說要跑3000m 12min才最有效果
那時後打球 全場打完 體力還是很夠 打到最後還是可以全力跑快攻
所以就持續這樣跑
大約跑了一年左右 沒打球了 也就沒跑了
最近又開始打球 體力整個下滑很嚴重 常常一節打完 喘得跟狗狗一樣
於是又開始跑步
最近這陣子 先從1600 6:30~7:00 的速度開始跑
然後想要逐次增量
可是我看身邊的人跑步 好像都沒有在用這種速度跑
想上來問一下
這樣跑是不太好嗎 還是沒效率啊??
假設是的話
想問一下 該怎麼跑比較有效率呢??
對於想要做40min的劇烈運動體力
