前幾天的文章有提到"主動恢復策略─水浴的訣竅"
剛好今天跑了烏來馬,最後台車那段下坡兩隻小腿快抽筋了,
PO文前先體驗一下,不過沒冰塊,只好常溫水放了半浴缸,泡十分鐘,
放完才想到現在缺水,幸好泡完用來洗衣服,算是撿蛤蜊兼洗褲。
簡單心得:
1.Subway的妹妹好可愛,由其是11:00~12:00坐在42+7休息區的,
該不會是邵老師店裡的員工??
2.路線風景宜人,上上下下有挑戰性,外加信賢步道碎石路不好跑,
九點太陽露面後,氣溫開始上升,從第一/二折返點的三叉路到信賢步道那段烤人乾
3.補給吃到撐,隱藏料理:第一折返點豆干、豬頭皮+液體麵包
第二折返點限量長條冰棒。
4.完賽衣好看又環保;便當普普,菜BO當配菜.......
5.謝謝邵老師辦了這場好活動,還有協力人員。
小小問題:
1.有人穿2XU長壓縮褲去跑這場嗎?官網有寫防曬功能(最近才剛買,以前都穿短褲)
小弟上身穿UA長T加外衣,手掌和手臂明顯有黑白色差,代表UA有防曬
下身著2XU+短襪,襪子有點短,會露出一小段3cm曬太陽
3cm處和小腿一樣黑...........
2.這場里程數有42K嗎?朋友戴nike的,只顯示41K。
