LSD/SSD初次心得 - 路跑 Road Running

平常最遠的路跑距離約9公里,因為11月3號的半馬作準備,突然想來跑個遠距離的試試。
從下午四點半開始跑距離12公里,用nike+測前7公里約7分15秒。到跑完12公里進步到7分5秒,居然跟我平常跑到速度差不多。
可能是因為最近開始練姿勢跑法,當身體跑到有點不舒服就會調整一下跑姿,再加上是跑跑道不用擔心被狗追而且也沒有時間壓力。還有下午有偷喝咖啡也有關係吧。
不過跑完上網查才發現LSD要20公里以上,下星期天再練看看可以挑戰15公里up。成功完成目標的成就感真是贊。另外在跑道上溜狗還不清狗大便的人最差勁了
