先講結論: 個人還是比較喜歡 Bodycombat
因為健身房引進了 Fight Do 課程, 剛好有時間去上了幾次
Fight Do 跟 Bodycombat 的歷史淵源, 網路上都可以查到, 就不囉唆 :-P
以下是自己的一些心得:
1. 歌曲比較沒有那樣強(濃)烈
2. 歌曲重新 remix 的時候, 速度也不會刻意加太快
3. 動作部份, 較少花式, 比較適合初學者
4. 習慣BC的人, 可能一開始動作會被卡卡
ex. FD 喜歡 A->B->A 搭配動作, 而BC習慣 A->B->A->B 搭配
或許多上幾次之後, 就會適應了 !
