有跑步習慣
兩年前大約是每星期跑3次
各5000m
一年前因課業繁忙
變成每星期跑兩次
每次各6000m
最近覺得運動量不夠
想要每星期跑2次
每次7000m
想請問一下
這樣膝蓋會不會受傷(一下跑7000)
