腳踝的鍛鍊 - 路跑 Road Running

我一個禮拜至少跑兩次 一次跑七千公尺左右 使用mizuno慢跑鞋
最近總覺得腳踝越跑越僵硬(本來就不是很柔軟...)
想說來可以鍛鍊一下腳踝 應該可以改善狀況
於是翻到這個影片

他使用的應該是稱呼為彈力帶的東西
搜尋拍賣 好像這款比較專業 但似乎有點短

因為沒買過 所以上來問看看是否有板友做過類似的練習
應該要買什麼樣子的比較合適(拍賣上感覺款式滿多的)
或是有什麼其他的訓練方式 或該怎麼放鬆腳踝
