各位好
小的常走百岳單攻的行程
看了一些相關的資料 決定用慢跑打好有氧基礎
所以本來不太跑步的我 也開始練習了
身材 172/66 體脂:14-15% BMI:22.3 7年級生
我是用3000公尺不喘的慢慢跑來練
如果跑完有時間又不累就多跑3000
就只練這個 約每周間3次 周末爬山但里程不定
就這樣練了大概3個月
時間從本來很爛的19分進步到15分
是還不錯 而我的希望是進步到12-13分鐘左右
請問能給我一些建議嗎 謝謝大家~
