這個話題依舊是流量密碼
不過我還是想重申一個觀念
「戴口罩跑步無助成績進步,反而有害身體健康」
而且濕了的口罩就沒有保護效果
通常有一定運動習慣的人,知道濕了的口罩不會有保護效果,索性把口罩套在手上,等跑
完再戴起來,這樣才是兼具跑步跟防疫的最佳方法。
反而是一些跑步初學者、用跑步改善身體狀況的人,會誤信「跑步戴口罩可以練肺活量」
這種害人偏方,殊不知這類型的人是最不可以戴口罩進行運動的。
因為戴口罩會讓人必須付出更多的力氣在每一次的呼吸,在這個情況下一直在進行有氧運
動,長時間的缺氧下對心臟是很有傷害的。
何況有時候人並不知道自己心臟有隱疾,或是已經很疲憊了、失眠了還強撐著要去跑步,
實在不需要冒這樣的風險。
然後 戴口罩跑步真的不會讓你成績進步...
常常看到有人說
他練了好幾個月戴口罩跑步,平均配速進步了好幾秒!
我不戴口罩跑步練了兩個月,5000也進步了2分鐘啊:)
你有練本來就會有進步,跟戴不戴沒關係啊!
很多醫生都證明了
「對一個健康的普通人來說,戴口罩跑步並不會影響當下運動表現」
這就代表戴口罩跑步只是一個安慰作用,不管是防疫還是運動訓練~
(更別說你看現在戴口罩跑步的人,哪個真的是戴醫療級口罩...饒了自己吧)
