18K LSD完成 - 路跑 Road Running

自從上星期天挑戰LSD在14K意外落馬後,
這禮拜我把LSD放在星期六.
前一次的練跑在星期二,
只有10K.
星期三作大腿重量訓練,
所以今天剛跑的時候大腿肌肉些微僵硬.
今天耗時1hr 50min完成18K.
預計下星六要挑戰20K.
年底前完成一次與高雄路跑半馬同距離的LSD.
請教版上先進,
依例行訓練,明天還是跑步.
請問在跑完LSD後,第二天的訓練量要如何訂定??
還有,在路跑前多久需要開始減少訓練??
是否腿部重訓也要暫停??
