1500公尺練習 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟先說自己狀況吧!每個星期跑步三天,ㄧ次都跑3.5公里左右
維持運動的習慣已經將近ㄧ年了
測過的時間:1500公尺稍微跑快ㄧ點是9:55,速度維持9/km,還沒測過用盡全力跑,不過猜想應該也不會快到那邊去...
5000公尺最好的成績是剛剛好30分鐘,用全力跑,跑完後感覺要升天了
