我練瑜珈有一段時間了,基礎還不錯,頭倒立也能穩定完成。但是烏鴉式怎麼練習,就是
無法找到平衡點,將腳尖離地。
ㄧ離地,兩手就會覺得壓力很大,臉就會自動的去找地上,很快就失敗了,通常練習個兩
次都會感到超慘烈的。好險臉還沒破相!
