10K想要進步 - 路跑 Road Running

我慢跑時間大概一年左右,
練了三個月左右10km有跑到50分左右。
之後因為覺得帶手機跑步很重,所以每次都跑一小時11km左右。
月跑量一直都維持在150~180K之間。
最近想加快速度。
想說訂一個目標為10km45分左右,請問版友建議需要加入TEMPO RUN或是
間歇(400M*10)之類的嗎?
