我 一 天 都 吃 2餐.......
那可以變瘦ㄇ? 窩現在都很少吃飯了..
晚餐都沒在吃,窩現在吃太多東西.......都會想吐
而且我飲料幾乎都沒在喝......都喝水or無糖綠~
那這樣可以減重ㄇ??

我有在運動.....打籃球~

那睡前喝一瓶優酪乳~會變胖ㄇ??

少吃飯 多吃菜!!!
嗯~~~這樣效果 不會很明顯喔~~~
建議多運動!!!
但~~~妳會瘦的!!!加油~~~~
