學自由式時候學長都說手的延伸是很重要的,
不可插太"深",是要往前"伸",
身體也要盡量維持與水面平行的狀態,
但是看一些魚式的教學影片後,
發現
1.普遍手都要差的比較深一些(最後也是平的沒錯),
這樣滑手途中不是會增加未作功的路徑嗎?
2.身體入水部分多(也是平行水面啦),
但是這樣是不是水阻較大?
另外,對於二踢法身體還可以維持那麼平感到很神奇,
是因為小弟踢水還不確實,造成只要慢踢就會使下半身發生較沉的狀況嗎?
