高麗菜瘦身法 - 運動

我想問一下這樣的瘦身可以嗎?早餐:鮮奶吐司+牛奶中餐:高麗菜一個手掌大~晚餐:高麗菜一個手掌大~一天一蘋果一根香蕉一天1500CC~2000CC溫水睡前運動~仰臥起坐20下~每天加2下採腳踏車100下~抬腳25分鐘~這樣可以嗎?有什麼介意需要加強嗎?P.S不要介紹我花錢的東西我只是想問還有哪裡需要加強的~謝謝各位了~
