囧RZ,上篇的回文,果然出現很多的推文
恩!謝謝大家,我會記得大家的提醒,多上PUMP課(明天就會去上SHAREN的)
我知道大家都是為我的身體著想(淚奔)
我卻自己不那樣照顧自己的身體(寒心)
只是剛迷上COMBAT,真的很難講的聽(我不是壞小孩)
就像是每次看到TIN TIN的課,就會有衝動去上(可惜一上就是崩盤的信心)
今天瘋了,第一次體驗連三堂的有氧課
汗都是用飆的,衣服內褲都是溼的,連帽子都在滴水
COMBAT→CYCLE→COMBAT,好夢幻的組合阿
只是以後可能只會偶爾這樣打了,原因不是出在腳
左邊的肚子,只要做伸展就會抽筋,一抽筋就是狂冒冷汗
這是熱身不夠還是?瑪莉跳,我成功了8個了^^~
看了一系列大哥大姊的文章,我會修正COMBAT的次數
並且加入一,兩堂的PUMP,階梯就先休息一下
可以問一下,BALANCE跟PILATES是甚麼嗎?
*話說有位大妹,跟阿惠一起的那位,真的那麼低調?!

我覺得有氧版的人真的都很棒欸,完全映證我的想法:會運動的朋友都很真實
