我是一個高中生,體重破百,標準超胖體質。想請問,我現在該如何減肥?早餐,一定要吃?午餐,學校一定會供應,這方面請告訴我量大約多少晚餐,家裡煮回家大約都快4.30,請問我要做哪一些運動?我現在是想要每天仰臥起坐20下,1天+20,想請問還有其他可以瘦全身的?
