髕腱炎休息復健及替代運動 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好
去年約十月開始週末會進行10k出頭LSD,平常日一天上跑課準備年底台北半馬,應該週末LSD跑強度太高膝蓋隱隱約約會痛
台北馬前看了物理治療,教了貼紮及一些保養還有使用髕骨帶,最後半馬用約七分速跑完
跑完後想讓膝蓋休息只有一週上一次跑課,但膝蓋時好時壞,上上週忍不住看了骨科/復健科
醫生照了超音波判斷肌腱發炎腫脹,中間有一段撕裂(好像一公分左右),說應該是我肌肉習慣了,所以還可以跑也沒特別痛
目前每天早上復健科電療/雷射/紅外線,下午在辦公室會再熱敷,晚上回家熱敷/滾筒放鬆/拉筋伸展/股四頭肌離心伸縮
目前沒什麼痛感,之前半夜膝蓋常常腫脹熱痛醒來,跪在滾筒壓到膝蓋時也很痛,做完一輪復健請醫生幫我再照一次超音波只是隨便看一下說有好但還要持續,要好幾個月
想請問板上前輩這個症狀大約多久可以開始跑步,有什麼方法可以加強復健恢復
目前沒有急著回到跑場,只是想知道何時可以開始用大約七八分速慢慢跑維持一下運動,再一邊復健慢慢加強度
另外平常走路一小時左右的話會影響恢復嗎,能不能騎腳踏車或游泳?還是有其它運動可以替代,簡單方便就好
健身房機台練大腿推蹬,伸展,捲曲的可以做嗎
上面問題有問醫生,說不可以跑步,可以騎車游泳,走路半小時可以,但感覺被打發去要我去復健,所以來問問板上前輩
