體重跟長跑表現的關聯 - 路跑 Road Running

記得10年前跑步 5000公尺大概可以跑24分半
那時候的體重比現在輕8公斤
不過那時候沒有在用心律表 不知道有沒有炸裂心律
現在跑5000公尺 用心律表維持不要炸裂太誇張的情況
大概要跑30分整
其實我一直很好奇
從5分速退步到6分速
最主要的原因到底是年紀? 還是體重?
因為我看很多中年人長跑也跑得很快
感覺年紀好像對常長跑影響比較不大?
這樣是不是只要瘦回去當時的體重 跑的速度也會差不多?
