體重問題 - 路跑 Road Running

我從小就是吃不胖體質,體型單薄
去年開始有固定跑步習慣,平均每個月都會參加一到兩場路跑活動
大部分是半馬,平均一個禮拜跑步的量大概是25K左右
我原本就已經很瘦了,跑步一年以後體重變更輕
今年體檢發現我的體重比兩年前少了三公斤,172cm只有56kg,體脂肪降到11點多
現在最大的願望就是明年初挑戰初馬,但是很擔心開始準備全馬以後跑步的量更大
體重又繼續往下掉,請問有人有遇過和我一樣的問題嗎?
我很想挑戰初馬,又希望回到原本的體重,應該怎麼做呢?
如果體重上升會影響跑步成績的話,我還是希望胖一點
