體脂肪率下降..但體重沒降 - 運動

我身高158..體重53我已經連續減重兩個月了每天運動兩個小時..包含游泳..有氧..瑜珈..划步機也有少吃..原本體脂23..體重56但兩個月過ㄌ..體重只降3公斤..體脂降到13.5我知道脂肪轉成肌肉..是件好事..但我還是不瘦ㄚ要怎ㄇ把體重降下...因為53kg已經維持三個禮拜了廣告..推銷不要來..我本來就有運動習慣ㄌ..
