還算可行 但已氣喘噓噓
剩下就用慢走 走滿時間30分
Day2
預計 晨+晚跑
各30分 走跑結合
兩者皆至少跑 200”2
持續一周看維持度 再往上累加
請問有否更好建議計劃?
這樣是否太弱的起步
太嚴又怕辛苦易放棄QQ
日動量太少
最近夜晚常失眠
想排適宜的運動訓練計畫
