剛好前幾天看書看到~
分享給大家~

停止訓練三週所引起的變化
最大攝氧量 -8%
心搏量(每次心跳打出的血液) -10%
非最大強度的心跳率(BPM) +4%
血漿量 -12%
肌肉微血管密度 -7%
氧化酵素 -29%
休息時血液中的胰島素 +17%-120%
運動時得血乳酸 +88%
乳酸閾值 -7%
運動時的脂肪使用量 -52%
到達疲勞時間(分) -10%
有氧體能(耐力)比無氧體能(肌力)消退得更快
雖然肌力可以維持較久才消退~
但同時間爆發力可能已下降14%
而"體能很好"的運動員~
得花中斷期兩倍時間才能回復.....
結論~運動貴在持之以恆啊!!!!
