養成跑步習慣後不能捐血? - 路跑 Road Running

在有跑步習慣前,捐血是沒被退貨過的
且血紅素高達14-15
自從有跑步習慣後(從2011年開始)
一開始跑量還不多
約每次5~8K,一週3次
然後再去捐血,就1次能捐1次不能捐
最後是每次都被退貨,到現在沒勇氣再捐
健康檢查的血紅素也再沒超過12
去醫院檢查,吃了幾個月鐵劑後
血紅素又回升到15
不吃又慢慢降回10~11
上網查了原因,發現有可能是
長跑流汗量大,汗水帶走鐵
導致血紅素不足(剛好我本身很會流汗)
因為我朋友也有在跑步,且跑量比我大
但他還可以捐血小板,
而且他認為我不是專業運動員
所以不可能因為跑步而不能捐血..
請問也有人是這種情況嗎?
養成跑步習慣後血紅素就不夠
一個月跑量大概多少呢?
