靜坐過久會氣動,以及對治妄念的方法 - 冥想,靜坐 Meditation

這段時間還蠻常靜坐,一坐最久可以到一小時左右
(有撐過一次80分鐘XDD)
靜坐的方式是用守竅,意守上、中、下丹田,看心情擇一守一處XD
姿勢都以單盤,舌頂上顎為主
一個禮拜靜坐2~3次,平均半小時以上吧
目前我碰到了一些小問題想問問各位意見~~
1、靜坐過久(快到一小時)腳開始痠麻後,會讓自己開始氣動
靜坐時間大約一小時,腳的痛麻熱會變得非常非常明顯,右腳的
情況還好,情況好的話會突然從腳底一陣清涼感上來就不痛了,頂多
是大腿骨盆關節碰地板的地方會慢慢痛起來,而左腳很奇怪都會特別
難受
這種痛麻感越來越令人難以忍受後,自己的呼吸會不自主開始加
快加深,呼吸聲也會變大(曾經被同修說聽起來像快生了 Orz),當
呼吸變這麼"用力"時,可以感覺到體內呼吸的"空間"變得很空很空,
可以察覺很細微氣流在體內的流動
當這種用力呼吸狀態持續一段時間,就會發現體表的氣機開始湧
動,甚至能夠感覺到體表的"氣結"處(不確定,是一種體表悶悶堵堵
的感覺,如:手肘關節、下巴處等等)
不太確定這是自發性的氣動,還是因為靜坐過久腳超級痛麻讓意
識不穩定而導致的氣動
只能說這狀態我必須逼自己專注在體內一處,又要忍受無敵劇痛
劇麻的腳......然後,周身的氣機又會非常的躁動,曾經有一次逼自
己"突破"後,可以感受周身氣團,並且向內縮緊,雙手手指比出特殊
姿勢,原本放在膝蓋上的手慢慢抬起來,定在空中,感覺自己可以用
力的控制,但是不太敢XDDD
那次慢慢收回來下坐後,步履輕盈,意識清境,身心舒暢,非常
棒的體驗......但靜坐的宗旨還是不能讓身動,這樣好像不太好....
在這之後過了半年跑去另外一個身心靈團體玩一下,做了"脈輪
呼吸法"也有類似體驗,手變雞爪浮在空中......
現在靜坐還是卡在一小時左右哈哈,無法突破,氣動發生時就都
讓自己先下坐了,不知道有沒有方式能夠避免氣動,還是這也沒什麼
不好的??! @_@
2、妄念對治
有些時候靜坐狀況不好時,意識比較昏沉,會發現妄念會念念不
斷接踵而來,這時候我都是用觀的方式看著它們,因為真的好難斷得
了
可是這時候狀況來了,看著這些妄念,自己也很清楚是妄念,但
這樣看下去竟然會不知不覺陷進去,就很像在做夢一樣,然後妄念跑
了一下子驚覺不對,又拉回來,最後就不斷地出來又進去,進去又出
來......
這樣的靜坐品質就變不好了QQ,不知道有無其他方式對治妄念
