本身是門外漢,爬了版上文章,許多人說靜坐要從追求靜開始做起
如果是這樣
那把腳整個放直不是最輕鬆的姿勢? 整個人側看呈 ∟ 形
不就沒有痠痛的問題了?
另外,為了抵抗地心引力
能否背靠著牆,把重量委託給牆壁
這樣更能把專注力放在自己身上?
