版上的各位前輩們好, 自己練習冥想靜坐已經半年了,可是最近一段時間陷入一種自我
厭棄的情緒裡,雖然每次練習後身心比較舒服一點,但感覺沒以前強烈。且沒過多久又開
始自我厭惡的情緒,覺得很痛苦QQ
但有試著想改變這樣的情況,嘗試讓自己心情轉變,比如說改變新造型, 有空就去走樹
林道散心,堅持靜坐冥想等等。
可情況還是繼續,覺得最近一直找不到自己的感覺,很茫,想哭又哭不出來。
所以想請教各位前輩,遇到這情況該怎麼辦,是繼續練嗎?還是……?
