和家人住,靜坐時難免被打擾
今天本來靜坐到一個還滿舒服的程度,
結果我媽突然開門,把我嚇到尖叫@@"
我發現在靜坐狀態的時候對聲音非常敏感,
雖然開門聲音不大,也可以把我嚇得心跳加速好幾倍...
(只有我這樣容易被嚇到嗎?還是大部分人都會?)
然後頭部和肩膀痛得不得了,不知道是不是氣都堆在那邊了。
勉強自己定下心來,慢慢的去收,才有比較好一點。
然而整個晚上就都在頭痛了。
所以請問:
(一)除了靜坐鎖門之外,有沒有方法可以讓自己不要這麼容易被嚇到 囧
就算鎖門,有人在外面一直敲門我也是被打擾了...
根本就無法專心繼續靜坐。
(二)被嚇到之後要怎麼處理,我讓氣自己回去,可是沒甚麼特別方法,
就只是繼續坐著而已,看來沒有收完全,才會頭痛。
是不是有更好或更快的方法呢?
以上兩個問題,爬過文好像都沒看到答案,
