可是為了能吃到好多美食,所以我們需要動,
您多久沒運動了,
運動好處多多,可以讓體態更美,可以讓自己更帥氣,
可以交朋友,還可以挑戰自己,不管你是要登山、路跑
騎車、重訓、三鐵、打球,只要你想要運動歡迎加入我們,
群組目前三十人左右,平常主要是討論運動和路跑,
如果有很厲害的重訓或其他的運動朋友,歡迎加入我們,
