最近常跑並沒有覺得自己速度越來越快,
但應該是有越來越了解自己身體的極限,
會在適當的時機讓自己停下來休息按摩。
這場的特別之處是可以在三處(27.3k、42.2k、51k)存放個人衣物。
帶了自己平時跑馬就很想吃的小魚乾花生、暑片、百事可樂
吃了確實比一般補給還過癮,不過會渴。
跑全馬時在最後時刻會力氣放盡去跑吧!
終點的累會猶豫到底有沒有能力去跑超過42k
但跑完這場後發現身體是會自動調整,沒到終點前意志都很緊繃,不能讓自己倒啊
跑到一半常會懷疑是不是跑錯路了
因為有時會常達一分鐘前後都沒人
晚上跑的話一定很可怕
我終於跑超馬了,第十二馬,期待下一場。
