我想請教一些問題我是男生十七歲我從上禮拜決定要開始運動到今天已經快兩個禮拜了我知道運動對身體很好,不過我想要藉由運動能達到減重的效果(目前62kg)因為我讀晚上所以我都早上6:00~7:00做運動很多人說吃完晚餐兩小時後在去慢跑,跑完再洗澡就可以睡覺,可是我讀晚上不能這樣做我都會先做暖�
