關於跑步速度的問題!!? - 路跑 Road Running

板上各為賢拜大家好,
有個問題最近練跑一直產生,所以上來請益一下!
就是練跑時常常不小心越跑越快,導致無法達到自己所設定要的距離,
我預設每次練跑都要跑10K
不小心跑太快6K就撐不太住,結果只跑7、8K,速度大概是5:40min/km
如果有順順沒不小心加速就可以跑個12K沒問題...
請問板上賢拜,要怎樣才可以讓自己順順跑,
別有很明顯的加速幅度,大約維持在6:10min/km!
目前想到解決的分法是,跟著別人跑,還有其他方法嗎?
