如題 原PO 178/84 最常練習的距離是10KM=45分40秒(400m每圈1分50秒)
這兩天看了一個版大寫的東京馬 心得分享
文中提到 跑馬的選手 瘦一公斤快三分鐘
讓我有了更強烈想減重的念頭
但自從每週固定四次以上的運動習慣後
一般的便當 根本填不飽肚子 一天常要吃個四餐
減重的執行恐怕也因此原地踏步
想請問版上的前輩 有沒有什麼建議或經驗可以分享 感謝
