關於慢跑的時段 - 路跑 Road Running

最近常常晚上慢跑完後(通常是跑5000)
當天晚上就一定會失眠
爬之前的文章說晚上運動後
神經會變的比較亢奮 所以會睡不著
這個問題令我滿困擾的 因為自己是學生 早上都要上課晚上才有空
本身也很喜歡慢跑 但是不想要失眠阿~XD
想請問衆版有有沒有什麼方法可以在晚上運動
當天晚上可以比較好睡的方法
或者是有什麼其他意見的
