關於慢跑時的心跳呼吸及速度 - 路跑 Road Running

我是慢跑新手 一個禮拜前才開始每天慢跑
我平時心跳大概六七十左右
運動完後約30秒就可以恢復平時的心跳
而有氧運動的定義是心跳大於130下
我通常都是慢跑一小時 會流滿身汗但不太會喘
從頭到尾都可以維持吸4吐4或吸4吐6的規律呼吸
而心跳從來沒有超過130 能到120左右就很了不起了
我慢跑的速度大概是比走路快一點點 比快走慢
若比這個速度快 我就會喘 會不舒服
看版上說慢跑通常是要比走路慢或以自己順暢的速度為主
可是以我習慣的速度跑完都不會喘 心跳也無法超過130下
有查了一些資訊說心跳不一定是要大於130才算有氧
但我還是有疑問 這個速度是不是不夠快才讓我心跳跳不快?
不喘 心跳也不快 這樣一小時下來有運動到嗎?
我應該加快慢跑速度嗎?
