關於慢跑後的伸展和按摩 ... - 路跑 Road Running

小弟(173cm 90kg)
我目前主要的運動就是慢跑(in健身房)
每天的練習量 少則 5km(33min) 多則 11km (65min)
我想請問的是 :
每次當我跑完 10km左右的距離後 我都會做一些 簡單的伸展
另外還會按摩大腿 ,
敲膽經 (大腿外側) & 大腿內側 用手槌大概10min/應該有700~800下吧 !
問題來了 .... 一開始還沒什麼感覺(只覺得大腿有點酸 熱熱的)
可是過了2~3小時以後 這種酸和熱的感覺還是一直持續
搞到我都睡覺睡不好 .... 隔天的練習量也受到影響了
不知道有人有遇到這種情形嗎 ??
給個建議吧 !
