關於半馬、全馬目標和課表安排 - 路跑 Road Running

這幾星期參加了兩場半馬,成績大約1小時48~46分左右
平常練習
周二+週四練跑1小時 周三偶爾小跑10k
周六+周日練跑1小時30分 偶爾會跑2小時
月量有200k左右的練習量
感覺目前跑步越來越乏味、怠倦,想自我設定個目標
半馬1小時30分
全馬3小時30分
(不知道那種較為困難呢?)
兩種都是未來的期許,也讓自己更有動力跑步
不知道有達成這些目標或也是朝向這些目標的大大都做哪些訓練呢?
本身也想多跑常距離LSD但是一個人跑感覺都好沒動力,2小時就無力了...
目前是想再周三加入間歇,不知道該如何調配或以我目前成績該如何配速?
希望各位大大能提供點意見或課表內容可以讓我參考
讓我跑步更多元化,也可以跑的盡興
