關於初馬的建議 (第一次有點失敗的30K LSD?) - 路跑 Road Running

各位大大晚安,前幾天在板上請教大家關於備戰初馬的建議後,
週日跑去河濱做了一趟30K LSD,跑完後感覺有點失敗,
這三天我整理了幾個問題點,再請各位大大指導一下。
底下是我上個週末的菜單:
週六 劍中劍18K
因為是第一次練習跑山路,全程放得很鬆,費時 2:15:15
週日 河濱 30K LSD 費時 3:42:43
分段紀錄如下:
第一段 1-4K 28:24 PACE 7:06
從捷運東門站出發,往青年公園方向跑,進馬場町水門前在全家吃早餐、買補給
補給1(早餐):香蕉一根、運動飲料(FREE) 1/5瓶
第二段 5-10K 41:16 PACE 6:53
進馬場町水門往中山高方向跑
補給2:Snickers一根、運動飲料 1/5瓶
第三段 11-15K 34:47 PACE 6:57
穿過中山高,在15K處折返
補給3:運動飲料 1/5瓶
第四段 16-21K 44:09 PACE 7:21
21K處吃補給時,河濱風大,右腿股四頭肌外側出現緊繃感
補給4:香蕉一根、運動飲料 1/5瓶
第五段 22-25K 30:36 PACE 7:39
緊繃感越來越強,開始警覺要放更慢一點跑(其實是沒辦法更快了XD)
補給5:運動飲料 1/5瓶
第六段 26-30K 43:31 PACE 8:42
不行惹、爆掉惹.. QAQ
我的反省是:
1.前一天剛做了 18K 山路練習,隔天接 LSD,身體沒有足夠時間休息。
2.前三段 PACE 跟平常 10K 輕鬆跑 PACE 差不多,沒有做到 S。
3.肌力不足(?)。
然後就想不出來是否還有哪邊出了問題,
感覺跟 "放六成力氣跑、跑完猶有餘力" 的狀態差很多,
所以再浪費各位大大寶貴的時間指導一下,謝謝! <(_ _)>
