關於Bodypump的問題 - 有氧運動 Aerobics

最近剛加入健身房,發現有BODYPUMP的課程
覺得很有興趣,但是自己力氣不大,肌力應該不是太好
可是很想去試試看
爬了一些文發現他是邊用槓鈴操作的課程
想請問一下是到了現場就要自己去拿槓鈴嗎?
不知道是否現場會準備好? 由於完全沒有經驗還滿怕出錯的XD
