間歇心肺跟不上怎辦 - 路跑 Road Running

最近跟朋友練間歇發現自己因為喘跟不上配速
但是我們2個月前彼此成績差不多大概半馬92那邊
5000m應該也差距不大就約19半到20分
但是練習時明顯我跑一半趟數就太喘GG了,要先休一趟
問過2個朋友它們主要是後段大腿較酸,心肺都還好
我之前間歇是一個月跑1~2次而已,主要跑量比它們多
間歇跑到第11趟才開始覺的大腿較酸,覺的肌力應該
差朋友不多
結果課表都比朋友少跑2~3趟,是該加強什麼嗎?
還有不會游泳就不考慮這項訓練
