如題,長期的逆時針跑操場,
那一隻腳承受的壓力應該比較大?或是比較容易疲累受傷?
理論上好像是左腳,
但是以我自己的經驗,都是右腳比左腳容易疲累,
目前一週跑五天,每次約15000,一個小時左右跑完,通通都是逆時針.
內容則是間歇和緩和跑交錯.
結果發現右腳肌肉比較容易疲勞,恢復也較慢.
如果當天跑步的速度或強度較大,也是右腳膝關節比較容易出現輕微不適的狀況.
並沒有受傷,不適的感覺也很輕微,
但是因為左腳完完全全沒有上述情形,
所以我的臆測是長期逆時針造成的.
想請問版友,這是我個人的狀況問題嗎?
因為操場人很多,大家都逆時針跑,
順時針比較容易撞到人,閃人會造成分心.
(當然偶而也會有人順時針跑,例如田徑隊的)
如果長期逆時針跑真的會對特定某一隻腳產生傷害,
我就要考慮定期換方向了.
