我本身19歲想要把身體練強壯ㄧ點看起來才不會那麼瘦包括:胸肌.背肌.腹肌.大腿.小腿.手臂肌肉該怎麼訓練??還有我想把身體練”厚”一點是要怎麼練?腹肌我有練仰臥起坐但是效果好像沒有很好耶還是有一點點肉==還有飲食有沒有什麼要注意的?因為我不想要”瘦瘦”壯壯的我要有點肉的壯壯的!!個人覺得
