重新開始跑步 - 路跑 Road Running

2010年9月~2011年1月
一個星期最少3天會去操場慢跑
到了夏天,天氣熱受不了就改成游泳
從上上星期又開始跑步了
主因是天氣變冷了,加上體重增加了4公斤(44->48)
第一週每天15圈3k
第二週每天30圈6k
昨天從住處->廣興國小->中正湖->住處,大約9-10k
本來想跑去黃蝶翠谷,但很怕回程沒體力
所以在廣興國小就折返了=.=
從13:15出門14:20回到家,總時間花了1:05左右
跑完膝蓋有些疼痛,小腿很僵硬,拚命泡熱水、擦乳液按摩
下週決定來挑戰20k,希望能在2小時之內跑完!
