配速建議 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟我是路跑新手 Nike running里程目前尚未破百km
不過我大多是跑操場(腳比較舒服)
168/58
目前最好的紀錄大概是
5km 5:02/km
10km 5/23/km
最長的時間就跑一小時 大概11km
但不知道是呼吸調整得不好 跑步的速度無法很穩
尤其中後段時 想要把速度穩住都會慢下來
最近一直想把5km 突破到四分鐘
但每次這樣想著 稍微加速很容易力量調配不足
結果反而速度更慢....
不知道跑友們有沒有什麼建議可以讓我注意的
