世界衛生組織在2013年將空汙訂為一級致癌物,在歐洲許多城市可以發現,空汙指數越高(
如紅、紫爆),民眾罹患肺癌的比例就越高,因此在空汙中慢跑也是慢性自殺的行為。
近年,擁有良好運動習慣的人口比例逐年提高,運動對健康的好處也是人人皆知,但是「空
汙(如PM2.5)」卻是讓越運動越不健康的地雷!
豐富,不必特別去挑戰大山岳,鄰近的小山丘也不錯,像台北近郊就有很多條親山步道,也
是假日運動的好選擇。」
綜上所述,選擇淸晨時段慢跑,避免上、下班時段(早上空汙濃度高但持續時間短/下班時
間分散,空汙濃度低、但持續時間長);選擇靠近公園、水邊等樹木較多的地區,避免在大
馬路邊跑步、運動;且留意PM2.5大於50微克/立方公尺時,就應避免戶外運動,才可以較
