速度很慢的時候要改成走的嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

本人是超級肉腳的新手 學生時期大隊接力大多是當啦啦隊的那種肉腳
一時衝動報了5k 兩個月來一週跑三次 每次在跑步機跑走30-40 min頻率
目前試跑過兩次5k路徑 第二次可以全程用跑的跑完 兩次完成時間大約都落在38分鐘左右
(剛跑過終點都太喘沒辦法馬上把手機掏出來看)
上網搜尋一些訓練計畫 其中很多用配速1區 easy run (跑較長時間)的課表
我今天試著跑配速一區easy run 發現跑大約5分鐘後儲備心率就到70%以上
10分鐘後就都穩定在80~85%之間 之後感覺又更累又降一點速度到配速區間最低速附近
我的問題來了
這時候的速度其實跟我快走差不了多少.....可是心跳還是很快
要改成快走嗎?
跑的話會變成配速1區可是心率4區
肉腳我要看配速 還是看心率呢?
